Why Kenya's Singapore Dream might never be achieved under Ruto
President William Ruto is among the esoteric few crop of ambitious leaders that Kenya has ever had. Historical comparison between Ruto and the third president Mwai Kibaki is evident in their landmark blueprints, that is 'Vision 2030' and the 'Singapore dream'. Vision 2030 is still in the pipeline. Both visions can be achieved if proper strategies are put in place and curtail rampant graft that still rears its ugly head in the public service.
