Former US President Donald Trump is planning to return to social media. Trump plans to build his own platform, one of his senior advisors disclosed. This is after he was banned from major social networks which included: Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and Shopify. Trump’s senior advisor, Jason Miller , told Fox News on Sunday that the former US president will launch a new social website within the next two or three months. “I do think that we’re going to see President Trump returning to social media probably about two or three months here, with his own platform,” Miller stated adding that the new platform “will attract tens of millions of people.” Trump was banned from major social media for alleged policy violations, where he repeatedly claimed that US elections were rigged in favor of his opponent, Joe Biden .
