Verizon partners with Delloitte to offer Smart Solutions to Firms

Business consultancy firm Delloitte has partnered with Verizon to offer 5G and edge solutions. According to Delloitte, it will use its rapport and information of specific companies to assist Verizon deploy 5G edge MEC platform, mobile networks, Software Defined-Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), IoT sensors, computer vision solutions, cloud-based artificial intelligence and private enterprise. According Verizon, the partnership will enable them transform the manufacturing and retail sector. Verizon is seeking to use Delloite’s engineering expertise to serve specific consumer demands. The two companies have agreed to develop a smart factory system.
