Details about Microsoft’s Xbox Wireless Headset and the Future of Gaming

Microsoft has launched the first wireless Xbox headset that will hit the market from March and its price will be around $100. The Wireless Xbox headset is designed for PCs and gaming on the Xbox series XIS and Xbox One generations.

Clients can place their pre-orders on Microsoft Store and some other outlets like Amazon, ahead of March 16, where it will be widely available.

The headset has enhanced user experience that enables it to be tucked away when not in use. The device supports quality spatial audio standards such as Dolby Atmos, Windows Sonic and DTS Headphone:X.

The Xbox headset has a battery weighing 312g that can fully be charged for 15 hours. Xbox is on a mission to make gaming more accessible and has also updated some of their accessibility guidelines. Developers can submit their tasks direct to Microsoft and will be able to receive feedback on how to improve their games.

Microsoft unveiled the wireless headset a few days after its new office app was made available on iPad. The office app combines Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and PowerPoint into a single app.

The headset has the ability to simultaneous pairing with a console and a phone. So users can be able to chat to friends on Discord and play games on Xbox using the same device.
