Jubilee's Push to Consolidate Power as Uhuru approves Leadership Reshuffle
Jubilee Party is on a serious path to reclaim the leadership of Kenya, as Party Leader Uhuru Kenyatta approves the reshuffle of Party leadership.
In the new move, Jeremiah Kioni was promoted from Secretary General to Deputy Party Leader. He will serve that position alongside former Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i.
Lawyer Richard Moitalel Ole Kenta was named as Jubilee Secretary General.
In the most recent Party leadership changes, Zack Kinuthia was confirmed as the Deputy Secretary General and Vincent Mogaka Kimoki as the Chairperson.
Kembi Gitura is now the party's Director of Elections and Yassin Noor Haji is the National Organizing Secretary.
Dr Fred Matiang'i has already been confirmed as Jubilee's presidential candidate in 2027 in a bid to trounce President William Ruto.
Former President Uhuru Kenyatta has been an active Party member even after handing over power.
