Suspected goons attack Rigathi Gachagua at a Church Service in Othaya Nyeri

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was attacked at Wairima ACK Church in Othaya, Nyeri County, with teargas lobbed into the church, causing panic among congregants.

This isn't an isolated incident; Gachagua has faced similar attacks at public gatherings and church services, including in Gatundu South, Kiambu County, and Kariobangi, Nairobi. He's accused the state of using security agencies to intimidate dissenting voices.
