Here is a list of Raila Odinga 5 most trusted allies

The only magic towards attracting Raila’s confidence is through consistent support. Those who have wavered in supporting him have lost the trust bestowed upon them.

Raila Odinga’s favored friends

  1. Junet Mohamed: The Suna East law maker is purportedly the most trusted political ally of Raila. Junet was the only ODM member who accompanied the Party Leader during the much hyped handshake, alongside Raila’s daughter Winnie. Most of Raila’s friends, including Orengo, were not aware of the handshake until the news was publicized. Junet is the current National Assembly minority whip courtesy of ODM.

  2. Ali Hassan Joho: He is the most loyal supporter of Raila Odinga. He recently shelved his presidential ambitions and has started campaigning for Raila. He hosted the opposition leader after the infamous ‘swearing in’ at Uhuru Park.

  3. SK Macharia: The proprietor of Royal Media SK Macharia has shown his open support to Raila’s quest for presidency for a long time. Macharia was among those who attended Raila’s event at Villa Rosa Kempiski where he was honored for his contribution to democracy.

  4. Gladys Wanga: The Homa Bay County women representative is perhaps one of the key figures in Raila’s inner circle. She is among the few who always accompany Raila in various fora, and even given chance to speak.

  5. TJ Kajwang’: The Ruaraka legislator is among the list of Raila’s trusted allies. Kajwang’ just as his late brother Otieno Kajwang’ is a political comedian with an instinct to entertain people in a gathering. Owing to his public theatrics, he is among the notable figures who accompany Raila in various public rallies. Kajwang alongside Miguna Miguna took part in the illegal swearing in of Raila and was charged with treason. However, the case was thrashed by the courts.
