Microsoft has launched the first wireless Xbox headset that will hit the market from March and its price will be around $100. The Wireless Xbox headset is designed for PCs and gaming on the Xbox series XIS and Xbox One generations. Clients can place their pre-orders on Microsoft Store and some other outlets like Amazon, ahead of March 16, where it will be widely available. The headset has enhanced user experience that enables it to be tucked away when not in use.  The device supports quality spatial audio standards such as Dolby Atmos, Windows Sonic and DTS Headphone:X.  The Xbox headset has a battery weighing 312g that can fully be charged for 15 hours. Federated learning can help in the reduction of carbon emissions. Machine learning is among the biggest contributors of carbon emissions due to their substantial amount of energy consumption. Researchers drawn from universities of Oxford, Cambridge and Avignon sought to explore whether federated learning could help lower carbon emissions in comparison to traditional machine learning. Their research concluded that federated learning could help reduce carbon emissions, though not at substantial level. Bitcoin registered another record high performance that has seen its value surge beyond $50,000 in New York making it the largest cryptocurrency in the world. Lamu Senator Anwar Loitiptip and the daughter of Mike Sonko, Saumu Mbuvi have proclaimed their separation following persistent wrangles and disagreement. Saumu alluded that she had been victim of domestic violence while living with Loitiptip. “He almost killed me. I will forever fight for women to stand for their rights. Never allow a man to be violent to you,” Saumu was quoted saying. In a rejoinder, Loitiptip reacted by saying that Saumu was suffering from bipolar disorder just like her father. Engineer Develops Robotic Glove that uses AI to boost Muscle Grip

An engineer from Edinburg has developed a robotic glove that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to strengthen muscle grip . The idea came into inception after Ross O’Hanlon pitied his aunt who suffers from multiple sclerosis.  O’Hanlon is quoted by BBC saying that: “Being an engineer, I decided to use technology to tackle the challenges ahead with the aim of helping people like my aunt to retain their autonomy.” His aunt struggled to do simple tasks like changing the TV channel or handling a glass of water. The glove will help many individuals with hand weaknesses. The wearers intention to grip is detected by the glove through a process referred as electromyography (EMT). EMT measures the electrical process that is developed in response to simulation of the muscle by the nerves. How AI will be deployed to Detect Human Emotions like Anger or Joy

Scientists have proposed an algorithm that can detect human emotions. The outcome is based on facial expressions and eye movements displayed from optical or video cameras. The ingenuity involves using wireless signals for emotion states recognition. The research was conducted on 15 participants, whose heartbeat and breathing signals were recorded using radio waves. Then Deep Learning analysis and Machine Learning analysis was deployed for detection of emotional states. Analysis was based on the deployment of machine learning techniques where they used an algorithm to identify and classify emotional states within the data. Deep learning proved to be most effective method in detecting emotions than traditional machine learning techniques. Four basic emotion types like sadness, anger, pleasure and joy were detected.
